The technology includes a double packing line for packing products from 4 production lines into a group pack. It includes robotic palletizing with 2 Fanuc robots and a wrapper for finished film packs.
A WMS palletizing management system can be included, communicating to an ERP system to obtain palletizing order data, automatic sorting of group packs by box/group pack labels, generation and application of palletizing labels, pallet clearance and transfer to the warehouse.
