We have implemented a lot of projects for the automation of hydraulic presses, both new equipment and reconstruction of existing customer presses, usually as part of the modernization of the mechanical and hydraulic parts of the equipment.
The usual project scope covers both the electrical and control part of automation, including sensors and safety functions (fail safe function).
Control system
As control systems we use Siemens Simatic S7 and HMI with OP panels or WinCC, or Beckhoff control systems.
