Control Programs and Visualization

On the basis of analysis of the functional specification, using standard tools as well as modern object- and graphic-oriented systems we develop control programs for the level of Programmable Logical Controllers (PLC) and the level of visualization and control (scada).

Configuration of DCS systems

On the basis of experience gained from numerous projects, we program wide-ranging applications of distributed control systems. We also perform applications of safe systems, redundant systems and industrial data networks. Deliveries also include communication interfaces to information systems of world leading producers or special data transfer means meeting the claims of the customers.

Software for Batch Technologies

We also develop programs for control of batch production using the batches according to the international standard ISA S88 by Simatic Batch system and COMES Batch system.

MES (manufacturing execution systems)

COMES is a COMPAS MES solution in the area of planning and operative management of production according to the international standard ISA S95. Our solution offers the implementation of fully electronically controlled production with full vertical integration of basic automation into the level of the information system (ERP). We use SW solutions of world leading producers, e.g. SIEMENS technology - Simatic IT. We provide both complex offer, and implementation of individual functions of MES level. It concerns the following functions:

- Processing of orders from the information system (ERP)
- Detailed planning of production for individual manufacturing equipment, human,
   technological and material resources for production  
- Genealogy of products, monitoring of production and history of production
   operations
- Monitoring of material flows and information
- Laboratory systems and their integration
- Data update for information system databases (ERP)
- Collection of technological data and its history, data analysis

COMES is an open-ended solution based on standard products of world producers in this area possessing the possibility to implement functional modules of other producers.

Testing of developed systems

The development of software for control of technological processes also includes functional and integration tests (FAT, SAT).

Preparation of documentation

Our documentation includes the project, the commented code of programs, the Service and Maintenance Manual, standard documentation of control systems and other special pieces documentation.
This documentation makes it possible for the customers to carry out routine operating service of the delivered equipment and it ensures the possibility of problem-free expansion and modernization of the existing application. 

GMP and validation

For regulated industries (in particular the pharmaceutical) we develop solutions in accordance with current requirements for correct manufatucing practice (cGMP), including validation of control systems. Our ACS solutions meet the latest requirements of regulating organizations - FDA, SÚKL and regulations 21 CFR part 11.
