Study

COMPAS develops its our own MES system COMES®. The system provides a possibility of fully electronic controlled manufacture with full integration with ERP SYSTEMS. It is based on international standards (ANSI/ISA-95, ANSI/ISA-88), on FDA requirements (21CFR part 11). The system is open from point of view of communication with other systems as well as from point of view of new functions.
There exists complex functionality and possibility of new function integration. Short function description follows.

COMES® is open solution based on standard products of Microsoft® (.NET, MS SQL). COMES® is using web technology and client server architecture. HMI is based on Internet Explorer. Client PC does not need any other license. Therefore maintenance is easy. COMES® is modular solution consisting of:

ERP integration
COMPAS provides our clients intergration between MES and ERP systems such as SAP, OR-CZ, Dimenze, etc. System COMES is able to communicate with any ERP system used by client upon agreed communication method. Our ERP partner is also OR-CZ, in co-operation with we done aplication awarded as Production IT application of the year 2009 !
Identification Systems (RFID, BAR codes)
We cooperate with company Barco in the area of identification technology (RFID, terminals and bar code readers and printers).
