COMPAS provides clients with solutions and projects with electrical drives from fuctional analysis and design to delivery and service. Our specialists have experience with often requested tasks as well as with special solutions for advanced motion controls inclusive complex tasks and fast regulation. 

Motion control

We are focused to motion control based on SIEMENS drives and components. The most complex projects with many drives are done in foreign countries for large scale investments. Some of COMPAS applications are of pioneer motion control functionality e.g. for fast contol using Simotion/Sinamics components. COMPAS brings clients advantage in complexity as we have also specialists for PLC SIEMENS automation levels.

Areas for use of electrical drives

- rotation machines (pumps, ventilators, conveyors, coilers etc.)
- dividing lines (flying cut-to-length shears and saws etc.)
- lines with moment and speed regulation, cascade drive control Master/Slave (cable production lines, extruder lines, forming machines etc).
- position control (manipulators, presses etc.)
- position and speed control of more axis.
- fast motion control (cycle times in miliseconds) e.g. for machines producing glass bottles.
